My father and I were on a road trip from Chicago to Atlanta. On the way home I was explaining how I had learned to embrace spontaneous stops on road trips. That Gina and I would find the touristy spots but instead of following the regular tourist signs find the part of the attraction that was hidden.
With this in mind, we saw signs for Look Out Mountain near Chatanooga, TN. I looked at the map and we drove up to the top of the mountain. We found this park at the top of the mountain and spent the afternoon exploring the trails and taking pictures.
After all, I originally got my photo bug from my father.
